The Jake Group is hiring a Digital Project Manager, who will be responsible for managing scope, timelines, budget, client relationships and overall success of various marketing, print and digital projects. This involves creating documentation, schedules and processes as well as standards and best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, monitor, and keep on top of project deliverables, goals and milestones
• Facilitate, manage, and maintain timely and effective communication across teams including Jake Group staff, clients and third parties
• Prepare documentation for strategic and technical requirements, explain complex ideas clearly, and manage expectations and implementation

• Develop long-term client relationships by providing personal client service and communication

• Evaluate new business leads, engage in lead generation and participate in proposal creation
• Provide support to content development team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in print and digital or website project management
• Experience with project and task management tools such as Asana or Trello
• Familiarity with WordPress and other content management systems
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
