The Jake Group is happy to announce the launch of Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, the most recent web project designed by our digital marketing team. Founded by Olympic silver medalist and DC native, Jair K. Lynch, the real estate investment and development firm’s brand message of “connecting to the soul of a place” is perfectly reflected in the new site design. It’s vibrant and full of character, just like the Washington area communities where Jair Lynch has made its mark.
The fully responsive (mobile-friendly) homepage design includes news items and featured properties, which link to a robust portfolio of commercial, residential and other projects. An easy-to-navigate menu is accessible with one click (or touch), providing information about the company, its projects and leadership team right at a visitor’s fingertips. Jair Lynch’s voice and vision come across strongly with key message points such as “We Create Extraordinary Places” in a middle-set banner that changes upon reload.
Whereas the previous incarnation of the Jair Lynch website was static and difficult to edit, the new site is slick and easy to use, not only for users, but for the company’s in-house marketing team as well. Using a customized WordPress administrative Control Panel, edits are quickly made to virtually all pages on the site, including text and images. What’s more, in only minutes, entire pages can be added or deleted making the site’s navigational structure flexible and scalable. From recent news items to sortable projects and awards, the new Jair Lynch site provides investors, clients, prospective employees and other visitors with an intuitive user experience on all devices.
