Jake Group Wins w3 Website Award!
The Jake Group has been selected by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts as a 2021 Winner in their 16th Annual w3 awards! We are incredibly proud of our entire team for their work with The Roosevelt Group to bring home this honor.
The Award Winning Website
The goal of this project was clear — create a web presence for The Roosevelt Group (TRG) that would stand out in the government consulting space. As their firm and client-base grew, they needed something that would reflect their company culture and depth of services. Most importantly, they wanted to differentiate themselves from competitors with a high-impact and engaging design.
Their former site, launched in 2017, presented a standard design template and lacked a user-friendly interface for visitors, as well as back-end administrators.
The Jake Group delivered an impactful design that stayed true to TRG brand while incorporating unexpected animation, bold graphics, and custom photography for a design that was truly their own.
Key elements of the redesign included:
- Dynamic custom-built homepage video banner with custom photography shot on-location at their downtown Washington, DC office.
- Bold homepage design with custom animations, fade-in graphics, and punchy imagery.
- An eye-catching Firm page that displays their company culture, mission, and values.
- A fully sortable Team page, allowing users to narrow down dozens of team members and advisors by specific service expertise.
- An integrated News and Insights page, showcasing the company successes and directing users to social media platforms, communications contact, and careers.

A Team Effort
Winning the w3 award was a true collaborative effort between the Jake Group and TRG teams. We were thrilled to work with a client who wanted to push the boundaries of what it meant to be a government consulting firm in Washington, DC. The collective hard work paid off!
When we set out to redesign our website, we wanted to create something that not only displayed our expertise and services but also our commitment to driving innovation across the board.
